Our Process in 30 Seconds
At Legal Motion, our goal is to provide cost-effective, visually appealing, and persuasive demonstrative evidence for our clients. To do that, we meet with clients to set goals, timelines and deliverables right at the outset. In addition, we make sure our clients have opportunities to give feedback throughout the entire process.
Step 1. Free Consultation
We meet with you to discuss your case, your goals, and how to provide the best demonstrative evidence or legal marketing for you. We understand how busy most attorneys are, so we conduct consultations over the phone unless a client requests an in-person meeting.[Set up a free consultation]
Step 2. Preliminary Meeting
Once you’ve decided to use demonstrative evidence for your case, we set up a meeting with our team members and anyone from your firm who can help us understand your needs. At this meeting, we nail down exactly what facts and themes you would like us to demonstrate. Also, we set up a timeline for when we will receive all materials, such as photos, videos, or records you want us to use.
Step 3. Proposal
Based on our meeting, we send you a detailed proposal outlining the products we intend to provide. Once we’re both satisfied with the terms, we work out an agreement on a timeline and deliverables.
Step 4. Storyboard
With the storyboards, we visually give you an idea of what we intend to produce. Next, we set up another conference call to discuss the storyboard. If it’s in line with your expectations, we proceed to creating a full draft. Otherwise, we’ll revise our storyboard and themes to meet your specifications.
Step 5. Full Draft
We send you a full draft and ask you for any final changes you would like us to make.
Step 6. Finished Product
We deliver your finished product in any of the formats that you require.
